Her life may be in turmoil, but Lindsay Lohan is not one to let things get in the way of fashion. Arrested after an alcohol-fueled pursuit of the mother of her former personal assistant on the streets of Santa Monica, and charged with two misdemeanors as well as two charges of cocaine possession, it's looking more and more likely she could be facing jail time. Prior to the incident, however, she kept the glamour stakes high in her usual inimitable style, spending her 21st birthday on Malibu beach in a Ron Herman bikini and blue Louis Vuitton rubber wedges, followed by a party with family and friends at a private residence. She was photographed shopping later that week at the Ron Herman store in Los Angeles, where she bought a Hysteric Glamour T-shirt that she wore later that evening (left). Now all she has to do is avoid wearing an orange jumpsuit, although we're pretty sure she could pull that off with style, too.
